    NAIDOC 2025: 'The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy' 18 July 2025 HSS employees celebrated the 50th anniversary of NAIDOC Week with a special event. This year’s theme ‘Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy’ was featured strongly throughout the event and a collaborative artwork by Aboriginal employees was unveiled which be an ongoing tribute to the theme. Elder Danny Ford (Kambarang Services) opened the event with an official Welcome to Country and a smoking ceremony. When speaking of the NAIDOC theme he spoke to the importance of the next generation of Aboriginal youth embracing culture and language to continue the legacy of those who came before them.     HSS take on global contrast media shortage 31 October 2022 Earlier this year a world-wide shortage of organ imaging contrast media began affecting the healthcare system as a COVID-19 lockdown in Shanghai caused manufacturing delays. The iodine-containing substance used in X-ray imaging, CT scans and angiograms, helps physicians diagnose medical conditions making it vital to patient care. The HSS Procurement and Supply (P&S) team stepped up to the challenge and responded quickly to the global shortage to ensure our customers had sufficient supply.
