Presenting our 2025-26 Annual Report.

The 2025-26 financial year has been one of major strategic and operational achievement at HSS, as we continued to deliver and enhance the critical services that support the WA health system and our community.

Throughout the year, the HSS Strategic Plan 2022-26 continued to guide our decision-making, investment and service delivery. Together, we achieved important milestones across our organisation, including:

  • completing the Joornanginy Transformation Program

  • commencing the rollout of HRplus

  • expanding supply chain services to additional regional locations; and

  • establishing a dedicated Integrity and Ethics function.

We also delivered a range of digital and technology initiatives, including the Policy Library SharePoint migration, webPAS Visit Number project, Cyber Advance program, and key health technology platforms that continue to strengthen the delivery of healthcare across Western Australia.

Our commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement remained a focus, with accredited GreenPower purchased for all HSS sites and ongoing efforts to enhance the services we provide to our customers and partners.

The year also brought recognition for the expertise and leadership within HSS, with our own Sash Tomson named Chief Financial Officer of the Year at the 2026 Institute of Public Administration Australia WA Lonnie Awards.

These achievements, and many more highlighted throughout the Annual Report, reflect the dedication, professionalism and hard work of HSS employees. Every team and individual has played a role in helping us deliver better outcomes for the WA health system.

We thank our customers, partners and employees for their continued collaboration and contribution to another successful year.
